Apostolos to speak on ancient mathematics at Cycladic Art Museum

On Wednesday, November 10, come hear Apostolos speak at the Cycladic Art Museum, Athens.  His lecture, which begins at 19:00 and will be given in Greek, is titled “What took place between the six and fourth centuries BCE: the passage to Greek mathematics.”

This lecture is the first in a four-part series called Recent Developments in the Study of Ancient Greek Mathematics. Entrance to the lecture is free to the public.
